The Lifestyle or The Fulfillment?
The Chicken or The Egg.
You’ve heard that saying before.
We can ask the same about money and feeling fulfilled.
This is my segway to this topic of which comes first – The fulfillment or the lifestyle [or money, car, vacation, etc.]?
If you are an entrepreneur or small business owner, you probably have joined several coaching programs that stress marketing, social media posting, email campaigns, and funnels so that you can get more money, leads, opportunities, and gigs. While all of this is necessary for building a business, is it everything you need to live a fulfilled life?
They say money doesn’t buy happiness. But it sure does make life easier. So the question you should ask yourself is – how can I have both? The lifestyle and feeling fulfilled in my achievements and life’s journey?
We are being coached to focus on manifesting money, gold watches, houses, vacations, and so much material stuff. Although manifesting to attain physical stuff is fun, it only gives you temporary satisfaction before you start asking for more.
The hole that needs to be filled with stuff is like an infinite pit without a bottom. You can throw things in it all day long, but it will never fill up. So you go and get more things, and the cycle continues.
How about we manifest the other way around? How about we seek inner fulfillment first and let that attract the things we desire?
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t ask for the things you like and wish for; all I’m saying is to do it in such a way that you are feeling so fulfilled from the inside that enjoying the stuff you receive on the outside brings so much more joy and happiness without the empty feeling of needing more right away.
It is human nature to want more, be more, and expect more. We are on a journey of growth and expansion, and we have a need to learn and understand.
It is an unending journey that crosses over with us and returns with us on our subsequent visits. This eternal need for expansion equals to the continuous evolution of the Universe.
Source/God/Universe, whichever one you prefer to use, has gifted us with free will, meaning we are not bound by any specific rule or outcome. We get a say on how we want to live our lives. If you choose to accept assistance from Source, you immediately minimize the effort and hard work you put into your daily living. When you seek to use the Universal Laws as guidance, you open a field of immense opportunities, possibilities, and ease.
Within this space, you may obtain anything you request with minimal effort. The point I’m making here is that you can work long and hard for your goals, dreams, and desires, or you can take the easy road and receive it with ease.
So what do you think? The chicken or the egg?
